Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.

Water Exercise Classes are Free to Members! 

Cruise Liner Aerobics

(No Impact Water Aerobics Class) Program participants are led through a series of specifically designed activities that with the help of the water's buoyancy and resistance can help improve joint flexibility and muscle tone. Specifically designed for people with arthritis. This class is held in the therapy pool.


  • Monday–Friday 12:00 - 12:45 p.m.

SilverSneakers® SilverSplash

SilverSneakers® SilverSplashA kickboard is used for stability and balance in the water. If you have arthritis or other joint conditions you'll find the water comforting and the non-impact workout stimulating. Check the Silver Sneakers website to see if you qualify for a free YMCA membership. SilverSplash is Healthways total body aqua conditioning class in a pool. SilverSplash focuses on increasing agility, range of movement and cardiovascular conditioning. No swimming ability is required.

Row Boat Aerobics

Adult Water Aerobics Class(Medium Impact Water Aerobics Class) This class is intended for people who are interested in stretching, cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance. This class is great for beginners, pregnant women, and seniors.


  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00 - 10:45 a.m.

Sail Boat Aerobics

(Deep Water Aerobics Class) A great workout adaptable for all fitness levels that uses fun and intense combos in a high impact workout in the deep section of the pool.


  • Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 - 8:45 a.m.

Speed Boat Aerobics

(High Impact Water Aerobics Class) A fast pace water fitness class for all ages that will develop muscle strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance
