The Y Pilates Studio offers classes and private sessions on the reformer and mat taught by our trained Stott instructor Kelly Kobelak.
Stott Pilates exercises will improve musculoskeletal strength, flexibility, and endurance without risking injury or gaining bulk, while focusing on core stability. Whether you are new or familiar with Pilates you will be assured a private/class with balanced exercise sequences and modifications to address special problems, or challenges for those who are ready. All classes and privates sessions include special attention from instructor to be sure that you are doing the exercise in your best alignment possible. All classes/private sessions begin at an Essential level, with progression as goals are reached. The result is a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease.
